Can I get Cold Brew or Frozen Coffee in Decaf?
Unfortunately, our Cold Brew and Frozen Coffee are not available in Decaf.
Should I store my coffee in the refrigerator or freezer?
We do not recommend keeping our coffee in the refrigerator or freezer. Coffee is similar to baking soda in the way it can absorb moisture and aromas. It is also best if coffee is not exposed to light. We suggest you store your Dunkin' coffee in an airtight, opaque container in a cool, dark place to maintain optimum flavor and freshness.
How can I apply to work at a Dunkin’?

How is Dunkin’ Rewards different from Dunkawy?
Dunkin’ Rewards is our new rewards program, replacing Dunkawy. The major differences are:
Earning points:
Members earn 1 POINT PER 20 SAR spent on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order in the app. *
Redeeming your points:
Members can use their earned points (1 POINT= 1 SAR) on qualifying purchases in-store or when they order in the app.
Why did the program change?
Because our members deserve more! Dunkin' Rewards is designed to help keep you running all day long with the best that Dunkin' has to offer. You can now redeem your points on most menu items, including food and drinks.
If I’m a Dunkawy member, do I have to enroll in Dunkin Rewards?
Nope! We'll take care of that for you. And enrollment for new members is always free.
What will happen to my current points that I earned under the Dunkawy program?
Don’t worry, they aren’t going anywhere! Members’ Dunkawy points transfer over into the new Dunkin’ Rewards program. Any points that you have in your account will still be available for redemption.
How do I join Dunkin’ Rewards?
Simply download the Dunkin’ app from your phone’s app store or enroll online at http://www.dunkinksa.com/. Remember, if you are already a Dunkawy member, we will automatically enroll you in Dunkin’ Rewards.
Is there a fee to join Dunkin’ Rewards?
Of course not! It won’t even cost you much time. Simply create an account online or on the Dunkin’ app. Then, you’ll be ready to earn rewards.
Do I need to register a Dunkin' Card in Dunkin’ Rewards?
Nope! You earn points by mobile ordering or by scanning your Loyalty ID and paying with cash, credit, or debit.
I do not have an email address. Can I join Dunkin’ Rewards without using one?
Yes, you can join Dunkin’ Rewards. While it is good to have your email address to send you for latest updates, you can also simply register using your mobile number.
Can I join Dunkin’ Rewards without using my phone number?
A phone number is required to join Dunkin’ Rewards. Providing a phone number helps us keep your account secure!

Why haven’t I received a security code?
If you have not recently changed your phone number, please call our support team at (+966) 011 2222006, to confirm your account settings and to receive a one-time sign-in code to access your account.
I’ve forgotten my password; how can I recover it?
You can recover your password from the sign in page. Click on the Forgot Password? and enter in your account’ s email address. We will send you an email to recover your password.
How can I earn points and rewards?
You can earn points and rewards by using by scanning your Loyalty ID or by placing a mobile order through your Dunkin’ Rewards account. Please note that using the Guest Checkout option does not collect points or rewards.
Can I earn points in-store?
Members earn points when they scan their Dunkin’ Rewards QR Code or order ahead in the Dunkin' App in-store.
Do my points and Reward Coupons expire?
Dunkin’ Rewards Points do not expire. Reward Coupon Terms and Conditions apply.
Can I earn Dunkin’ Rewards points at any Dunkin’ location and on all Dunkin’ purchases?
Dunkin’ Rewards points are only earned by making qualified purchases at participating Dunkin’ locations. For a complete list of participating restaurants, please use our restaurant locator.
What if I forget my Dunkin' Rewards Card and pay with cash or credit?
That’s ok! The Dunkin’ Rewards program is now a multi-tender program, meaning you can pay any way you choose and still earn points. All you must do is scan your Loyalty ID found in the Dunkin’ app at checkout, and you can pay by cash, credit, or debit.
How can I apply a discount to my order?
What are "member-only" offers and how do I get them?
Throughout the year, there may be opportunities for Dunkin’ Rewards members to earn additional perks or redeem special offers. We will notify you by email and in the Dunkin’ app about new ways to earn points.
How I redeem my offers online?
Offers are only accessible via the webstie and Dunkin' app under the offers section.
How do I check my Dunkin' Card balance?
My balance doesn’t seem to reflect what my receipt says. How can I confirm my current balance?
If your card balance does not update immediately after a transaction, you can manually refresh it. We recommend that you refresh your balance regularly.Please Note: Once your card is successfully merged, a confirmation will appear on the screen. Any cards that you merge "from" will be unregistered and removed from your account.
Where can I view my order history?
If you are registered in our Dunkin’ Rewards program, you can view your order history in the Dunkin’ App or on our website under transaction history.
Can I receive cash back for the remaining balance on my card?
Dunkin' Card balances cannot be redeemed for cash, check or credit—unless required by law.
Why can't I reload my Dunkin' Card?

What are your accepted forms of payment?
The website currently accepts MasterCard, Visa, Mada Pay and Apple Pay.
Is it safe to use my credit card to order from Dunkin'?
